Yeah so true. But I guess when we let ourselves get hooked, it enhances the experience in the sense we enter a fantasy realm. Of course, for this relationships what goes up must come down. Try to be funny, pay the price.

That said, I legit had a single friend who married a Vietbu he met in a siam diu. And their love was genuine. Only thing is he is really bad at managing money and now got problems (not the wife expecting riches or unsustainable allowance).
