Sorry to burst, but the ktv I visit are super strict on the covid19 protocol. The girls are tested daily before they work. And customer are tested on the spot. You pay 100 baht to get tested.

Also there is not much Japanese in bangkok now as compared to pre-covid so I don’t know frankly what you are trying to paint here. The ktv I visit are local ktv

There is always high risk... Dun place too much faith in, on the spot testing or daily testing.

Some researches have shown, greatest risk of transmission is 2 days before and 3 days after symptoms...

Most with minor sore throat or few coughs will continue to work or go ktv.

Personally I had symptoms of covid but tested negative on 1st, 2nd day, only detected on the 3rd day. In between, any gers who share my saliva, etc, chances of hitting the jackpot almost confirmed.

In this pandemic, if u want enjoy "closeness" with another, just be prepared to fall sick.

Thanks for the science behind it, but as you said, if one is scared to get the covid then in the first place this thread shouldn’t exist. Even if one don’t go ktv but visit agogo, soapy or even find a hooker as a tourist are all at risk getting infected. My point is, why single out to a particular type of entertainment as the only source of covid? I m not defending ktv, but I think the main message should be chiong at your own risk regardless where you go instead of like oh, if you go ktv, chance of getting covid is super high kind.

I don’t know what you guys do in ktv but I might be the boring person but I don’t share my salvia with the girls.

Not single out about ktv, just warning. ya go cheong you should expect to get covid anytime. I got my share already.

You'll be surprised how many punters didnt expect to get tested positive for covid, despite the places they go, the things they do. Yea, they dont even bother covering their nose with that mask and most of the time going around without a mask too!

Fallen11 mentioned, be prepared to get covid from KTV and u replied, the KTVs u went are strict in testing. Sounded like chances of getting covid is low.

I merely replying chances of getting covid are also high. No science involves or whatever, just reports online and common sense.

Anyway, enjoy your local KTVs. If kena covid, just rest more at home.

As for the sharing of "saliva", I am just making fun of word. Unless u are well mask up with the proper medical mask and do not take down your mask the whole evening in a room with others. Droplets will be everywhere for u to share with one another.

Don't make it sound like you will only catch covid in KTV. Go clubbing, massage , eating in restaurant , blah blah blah, will also wor.

PIMP price increase is too expensive. Last time i went to 1 local ktv, really no foreigners. Just hope those don't increase .
