There are many new staffs in Formosa now (females),most of which were under training and i do notice a couple of situations where things cannot be done well w/o the more senior staffs around.

Sinta was training all the female staffs on that particular morning shift on a Sat before she prompted me upon my checking in,"when's Blackpage coming har?Havent heard of him for a while",my reply was,"he's coming...i am sure its about time he's coming". I think Sinta was trying to show the girls under-training who the more regular guests were and when she saw me,the name Blackpage pops up,hehehe...and from the girlsss eyes,they do look 'eager' to want to know who this "Blackpage" is,hehehe...or to be exact,i hear at least twice your name being called out from at least 2 different female receptionists.

You reminded me of what bro Pigletdidi says before,to treat them more like a friend,a companion of the hours they spent with me (which usually is more than half a day). And in my own words,i would treat them like a social escort i booked in Singapore for S$1.5k+ a night. I am sure nobody will likely be treating those higher-end class social escort badly becos if you do,they will also run.

Having said to treat them well,i would still draw a borderline of not allowing them to climb over my head. The keyword should be "Respect".

In my time cheonging Batam, only 1 cewek ever got 300k from me. And that was during the times when rp rate is 7,9XX and 1 juta is for the really top of the line cewek. Surely there are. Bro no-no had brought many noobs to Batam, I'm sure there are those that got the more than 3 shots. By nature, people only make noise when they have a negative experience. Those who had good experience, maybe 10-20℅ post fr.

Only recently that I start bringing bro on guided tour. I think the last guy I brought late last month got a very service oriented cewek. Can call her super glue by the way she clung onto him when we go out for dinner. His last trip was many years back and this can be considered a noob trip for him.

Kudos to u bro for remembering your past adventures. For me, my history of trips are all a blurry to me. I only can remember I was in batam when Spain won their 1st ever fifa world cup, hell I can't even remember which hotel I stay that time or the time I was in batam before or after that period. I do remember how cheap things are back then thou and IDR is 64xx (or worst) to SGP $1.Haiz... How times have gone so fast. Looks like age is coming up to me.

The mamasans try to up sell me the lowest BO price is 1 juta! And range up to 1.6 juta. Not moved to take any action yet but got some idea of price and quality of girls. Then head for body maintenance at Octopus Spa with good solid massage in mind. Didn't know that they try to force you to make a decision on Option A (massage with HJ) or Option B (FJ) with different prices. Option A cost me 450k with sauna jacuzzi and massage total 90min. Option B is further divided to silver and gold package pussies ready for you to poke. I am not given the chance to see girls to take option A or B or didn't really see the quality of the girls. But I come across some heavily make up girls in stilettos and cheap perfume strutting around with customers. Look somewhat like KTV girls standard. The price for Silver package is 740k and Gold is 950k.

Back to my FR reporting, after the massage at Octopus, I think back about the value addedness...not so much for me as I am not a sauna nor jacuzzi person. Simple massage for me with some oil will do the trick in soothing those tired muscles. So fellow bros, do know what you want and what you do not need.

My key message was, while keeping newbie's expectation low isn't wrong,hwevr it'd be equally misleadin to set a 3-shot limits upon them as much as tellin them they could get unlimited shots, which may later in turn limits a newbie future mongerin exp in btm.

Tis i agreed w yr pts bcs i was 1 of those who joined in his earlier newbie grp trips,even when i hav physically visit btm at a little earlier time than him. i still consider myself pretty much a noob durin then & definitely hav more than 3 shots per nite.

It was a 3d2n grp trip. A low-cost exotic exp.
