Went there 2 days ago, the place really very quiet now.
The 4th flr Singthai still there, but like Bro Oven10 said...whole place looks unhygienic n dirty.
Went down to 2nd flr, the one near escalator have one local Milf approached me, very friendly, even I never take her offer, she still said "谢谢“ to me. Pass by few door away, another small built of Milf approached me, look ok to me, but I didn't try any of them due to run out of time.

This place is infested with rats and PRCs. Heard that very soon, some time later half of next year, the govenment will take over this place from the tenants and run it until they are ready to make way for the new MRT.


I am not sure if the PRCs will be able to stay there, doing all these hanky panky once the govenment takes over.

As for the rat problems, together with PRCs, it may clear off once the govenement takes over. This is a rather old place to begin with, and the management did a very bad job in protecting the interest of the owners.

Govenment will rent out to the exisiting tenants, and let them do business until they tear down the place. Not sure if the PRCs massage and hanky panky will be allowed when they take over.

10 yrs ago, hear u whack the PC mgt...10 yrs later, u r still whacking them.
but i concur with ur view that the mgt is really lousy.
the fact that so many units were loan out to MPs showed that Mgt's either lacking in ideas or they were driven to desperation to rent the units out cos no one wanna rent. the lease could be short n also, those businesses intending to rent a unit there may gotta think twice cos the MPs are not gonna give their clients a good impression.

sidetrack: if i didnt recall wrongly, a landlord was reported to own like 20 units in PC??? imagine how much the bugger would stand to gain fr the en bloc!
