Bond Spa only got a few locals in the afternoons. And more PRCs in the afternoons. Indos and Thais come in much later at around 7pm. Better u go later in the evenings.

Deluxe got more locals giving FJ working in the spa. Got funny massage rooms that are done up a bit. But spa, hardly anyone go there. People go there for cheonging. Went there 5 times. Previously, they kept the PRCs, Thais, Ang Mo, under 18 years, in rooms ( not in the spa ) in the hotel. They let u see the photos. Also, better u go in the evening. Deluxe is inside Federal Hotel along Jalan Bukit Bintang.

If you like local MIDF, you can try Kowloon in Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman ( got nasi lemak ladies ), Miramar in Jalan Maharajelela, the spa in Hotel Midah which is behind the Chinese Assembly Hall in Jalan Maharajelela.

Fuji Spa in Jalan Gelang got nice PRCs. Or you can use RM150 for PRCs in hotel rooms in Hotel Vistana in Klang.
