On Tuesday morning went out for my usual morning run along Sengkang/Punggol PCN.

Into 4-5km of my run, opposite Whisk and Paddle, saw a Chinese lady running solo, same direction. Never encounter this one before.

Over took her and then I stop for a quick sip of water at the water fountain and she ran passed me, tried to see how she looks like but angle a bit wrong

So I continue my run and soon over took her again. She was wearing a running bra and shorts. Saw two cyclists uncle cycle passed and turn to beo her too

We both head towards Waterway PCN and split direction from there. Hope to bump into this runner more, makes my regular morning run more interesting

I am not sure. But I do notice that many females think they are overweight when they are not.

As their male counterpart, I just wish that they are happy and healthy.

What a pity. Remember the time bro, sometimes it is a habit thing. They will come jogging around the same time again.

Someone brought me there. Here is how he desribe the route to me.

Pasir Ris MRT -> Pasir Ris Park Mangrove Boardwalk -> Pasir Ris Park Connector (beside Downtown East) -> Pasir Ris Park (near Aloha Loyang) -> U-turn to Sungei Tampines -> Sungei Api-Api -> Last BBQ Pit at the west -> U-turn to Carpark E -> Carpark D -> Carpark C -> Pasir Ris MRT.

Took me nearly 1 hour 15 min to finish. I am a terrible runner. You will be faster I am sure.

Punggol is the best place to run. So many freaking hot ladies. Best time to run is 7.30 to 9. Or 6 to 7.30. See so many hot girls, big tits milf etc. I just worry I run into the river.
