Yes Work Permit For Use In Singapore , Those Working Here In Singapore They Must Always Carry Around When They're Outside

So then it's fine, just go to H81 or Fragrance, they ask for her FIN (work pass ID) and all is good. I did it many times, no problem. It's required for safe entry. If they don't write the particulars down, see what happened with some RWS hotels, closed for some weeks by the authorities.
Can call the hotel beforehand if they do transit stay, did it on the west coast and mount faber first time, I was always lucky to get a room once I arrived there.

I guess work pass ID and safe check in is essential nowadays... But is there still the rule that's need to fill in employer name and contact number?

It doesn't matter because the FIN ID card has employer name and address, so once they have the FIN they have the rest of the data as well.

And with every safe entry qr login the FIN or NRIC is also transferred.

Cannot leh. Hotel require you and partner to fill in form (name / contact phone number / signature) these are minimum.

If not end up like Senotsa hotels got suspended.

As long as you and partner did not kenna COVID then no worries.

Checked in yesterday at 4 stars hotel, indicate 1 guest. Lady arrives(arranged by mamasan), lady scan safeentry, take lifts together to the room. No need to fill in any forms/provide any id.

They need to know which room and which person together otherwise it's a fail safe entry. It's for 100% sure there is no safe distance anymore once in the room together, you agree?
MOH can compare the safe entries with the room no. If safe entry is not allocated to a room than fail. Many cases like this, hotel closed.
These are the rules currently with very little room for negotiation at the front desk.
