Thank you for everyone's feedback. I stopped jogging for a while since I kenna COVID 2nd time.

Rested like ... 6 months. Recently picked up again and gosh, it is a pain.

Thus all these here pain there pain issues.

Also Google running cadence. Try to run around 180 steps per minute. Most tend to run too low.

High cadence does not mean faster. You can run at a higher cadence with smaller steps to maintain the same speed.

Like I have mentioned: high cadence, run slow, plus wear proper shoes, do stretching (especially after the runs).
