Well, my "rule of engagement" with FL and ML is very clear. Just transactional to meet my needs and that's it. Lesson learnt.

Well in that price range you can only get video calls I guess. And if you can't afford to pay more, I guess therapy over zoom is better than nothing. It's not like talking over text, it's still a real time face to face conversation. You can try for 1 session, if you don't feel the person is suitable you can change person. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get a person that you feel is good for you, even in the more expensive prices ranges. I only had experience with therapy many years ago, but that was with a very high end therapist who charged me almost $300/hour back then. I'd hate to see what she charges now.
