health at 50s is priceless. Just had some friends in their 40s pass on. So don't believe at 50, health is a given. Its hard work, and despite all, some may still have issues.

Recently i also seeing few friend friends passing on. 60s all because of heart attack!!!

Unfortunately, age is not a good gauge of when to do regular, annual health checkup. It's the lifestyle, family history, most of all, listen to your body.
I have known some in their 30s already having health problem.
Not all illnesses are fatal, or have signal or symptoms in early stage. By the time some clear warning might be too late.
For those who work in companies that have annual checkup benefits, should use them. If not, pay for the packages yourself to have a peace of mind.
