If you want, can also go to the major Hotels who have casinos (EG: Sheraton, Duxton, Caravelle) adn you can use your credit card to draw money from the Cashier. DO NOT GO TO THE ATM machine at the casino. It will be considered as a cash advance. If you go to the cashier, it will be treated as a transaction, depending on which hotel, charges varies from 3% - 5%. It iwll be given out in USD.

Bros, my g/f says that 30 Apr is holiday in VN. Thus this peroid the police may be 'on the ball'. Although some hotels are gal-friendly, she afraid that police may go search/raid the hotels.

Heard from SingViet that foreigner owned hotel will not be check by police. We are not sure if the hotel i usually stay are foriegn or local owned.

SingViet recommended me 1 hotel. All bros here got any info on other hotels that are foreign owned?

You can use ATM with Plus sign also. But try to use Savings account. The transaction fee is 20,000VND. Per transaction only can withdraw 2million VND. If you got Citibank savings account, then withdraw from Sunwah tower. No transaction fee and you can withraw much more.

30 April is Liberation Day (south)
1 May is Labour Day
Just declared this year. 26th April is also a holiday. (First king of Vietnam Birthday) (Dont know his name)

As for foreign owned hotels, cant help you there
