Called to book 123 and receptionist said part timers like her can't be booked by phone. So I'm supposed to try my luck and wait in a queue of 5 hours for her or pay $$$$$ bribes to the captains? U guys are right, this place has turned into a shit hole. BTW, the last time I was there, paying by credit card gets u charged extra. Fuck this bluewave. Hope they close down like a ton of jb businesses.

Yesterday, I saw Eve I still working, but all Captain are manupliating the WL in especially Cpt Yong. When the specific girl he said is fully booked. This asshole tried to accept perks otherwise he make the last booking. When I check with the girl time slot is available.

No wonder jialat liao, I heard from one oil massage lady told me all captains in BW no basic salary have to depend on selling Full packages, oil massage, foot massage to earn $$$$$ money.

The current boss has given green light to them. Wow lau the boss smart lar, employ captain without paying a single cent.....champion. Worse still the captain want to ask foot massage uncle albert for tips he no choice and business bad left this place. Even a old man they also want to skin him alive.......image us they will let us go easily

Today around afternoon time, 2 of my friend went bluewave without listening to my warning. Told them you can go any spa in Johor but not this one.

You know what happens, once they enter the front door immediately got 3 captains Yong, Lee and sam rush out. They told them no need to check at the counter. If you want packages then can check, then one of my silly friend go and ask yong if traditional massage number 6, 12 is available and he told them you have come to the wrong place here only for full packages. Then my friend said is alright, then is 18 or 21 working today?? Do you know what the 3 of them answer all dun have and the next moment my friend saw 21 walking pass him his mind turns crazy and the 3 letter words all appear #@#$%X#@%$&*.

But yet they did not get angry and they ask sam again for the list of girls working here today, sam immediately show them a piece of blank paper. He give my friend a yaya face and said if you want packages I can put for you but ......$$$$$

Without further talking, both left and told me they will never come back to BW again if they are alife

I personally do not think they are in the wrong to ask for the number, as long we are customer we got the right to know who we are after.

The way BW is doing is very unfair to any brother who travel all the way there.
