read PM. But the owners are happy with the amount given. yes, the apartments owners are given about 1 to 2 million or more depending on the size of the apartments.

Imagine, this place in the future is interchange of 3 mrt lines!

Now there are many new small massage joints at pearl esp the ground level. But those you see and mostly cmi.

And in terms of hygiene, don't think pearl centre can make it. Want to go, might just walk over to next building ppc. Gals are of better quality and the place is cleaner

Pearl centre got many rats, so the hygiene there cmi. so the towels and bedsheets there are actually quite dirty

for the apartments i think 1-2m is not a reasonable compensation, given the super prime location. look at opposite dorsett which have been redeveloped into a hotel/svc apt. the small units smelly smelly could fetch 1m+. but since the Garment's acquiring the place, I think cant argue much lor. if it's a private developer, im sure the PC gang would fight for more.

my old classmate owns 2 apartments there, every time meet him for coffee he will be cursing at the price given. I just console him that he is lucky this didn't happen before the property bloom
