I just arrived sihanoukville 2 days ago.
Generally the whole of Sihanoukville is dirty. The roads around the lion circle were covered with sand.

Almost all the casinos are deserted. Most China gamblers have gone back to China.
I went into Xihu and Nanhai casino, all guest are screened for temperature before allowig in. Everybody is wearing a mask.

Officially, nobody in Cambodia got this coronavirus yet.

Because I've not yet rent a motorcycle, so I've not recce sihaniukville yet.
However, a wechat Cambodian lady, age 22 quote me usd100 overnight.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Must have been a huge bummer for your holidays. Did you end up paying them the $100? I had a somewhat similar experience in Cambodia before, but it was a Thai LB and I managed to smoke her away with some sob stories and small tips thanks to the fact that I could speak Thai. He/she even offered to blow me but I politely rejected cause I was never interested to get sucked off by a LB. Initially, he/she acted aggressively too. Since then, I never used WeChat for this.
