Wow, it's getting expensive for a 10min ride.

i guess, it will be expensive if i'm alone..fortunately this trip, i came with another 2 friends and we shared for the taxi. Any alternative way and cheaper ?

The cheapest way is by jeep from outside the airport (10p) or the aircon jeep from outside the terminal (50p/head).

For your group of 3, the best option is to take a taxi from the airport terminal.

ASK for the regular taxi at 300p to Fields or your hotel. Return to airport, I usually contact Ritchie (09084575530) (300p tip inclusive) whose office is near Royal Amsterdam.

Yes ANGELES IS getting more amd more expensive...

The trikes think they r doing us a favour by ferrying us.

And the trike guys form a cartel....

So if u refuse one you sorta have to refuse all....

The young trike drivers are the biggest jerks..

They want money quick n they want it easy

I walk or jeepney 99% of the time.
Not to mention, they are a pain in the ass to get in and out of.

For those who dun wanna fall to the cartel, stay near the bar areas or along Jeepney routes.
This way, u can minimize usage of trikes to a very minimum.

The trikes are a real real pain in the arse wen we hv to get in and out...

For fatsos like me its too squeezy....

And the floor board is too low.... Getting out is difficult for people with arthritis...

Whoever came up with tht dumb design..?

The trikes in cambodia on the other hand are far better...

The jeep outside the airport.

Just tht u gotta walk a bit n ofcourse wait for the jeep too.

To me, its quite big...not sure about u. What u see in the pics is exactly the room size. That room is actually 1500 peso but the manager gave us discount..1300 peso. We stayed in the 1st floor with a door gate and a small balcony. the hotel have 2 storey.

Good questions bro

Regardin the wifi there are always two issues....

1) ur laptop network card may not be able to pick up the signal. Eg., a samsung 3g 7" tablet has better signal reception n handling capability than the newer ipad2

2) wifi signals ( based on transmission protocol) do not easily pass thru bricks n walls unless the hotel has placed RANGE EXTENDERS everywhere to provide a satisfying browsing experience

An option for you would be to buy a USB based wifi receiver cum signal booster dongle n plug into ur pc.

Thats usually the best solution.
