the assumption of net income to remain constant is realistic bearing in mind tat even if there's a variance, the disparity is minimum.....i.e. an individual with $400,000 annual gross 1 year will not end up with $40,000 the following year......

if you are earning a lower income, I seriously think you should be spending lesser on needed goods and service, though some are real necessities.

yes bro, i agreed the living cost is on the rise, but to stubbornly maintain that $800 figure thoughout the whole calculation just would not be that fair accurate, thus the misperception of the huge percentage increase for the $25000 income group.
