I think it's mix of don't want local guys to marry the wl and consolidation of all permits into just one type. Previously the Thais were already on this permit and when the prcs were first introduced into gl, they stopped issuing the old kind.

Backstory to this...... because at one time the difference between the type of permits issued to Malaysians and the other nationalities caused friction between the OKTs.
Bosses of PRC & LOS houses keep demanding that their WLs be given the same T&C as the Malaysians..... until CPIB received some anonymous complaints of undertable shit going on. Although investigations found no truth to the allegations.... the entire AV department was revamped and personnel replaced. They even put in a foreigner from HK as the Head of AV...... and all permits were standardized to the same T&C which is the current one in use.

Back then because of the HK handover 1997.... many officers of the RHKP chose to go to Australia, UK or SG. He was one of those that joined the SPF.
Anyway he had a unique name which translated as 西门庆 😄
No need to be from AV to know what is happening.... especially when an entire dept is reorganised with new manpower and a newly arrived foreigner as the Head.

every cent with these evergreen is worth it. Manage to get a session two weeks ago with one of them. I needed 4 days rest after the fuck session, too overwhelming. Old ginger really old ginger. I was lucky that day to be there earlier 1st in the queue, after my session the queue and booking damn long. Never expected such long queue and booking

suggest if you want to bonk these evergreens, call OKT for booking first

I always do 1-2 day advance booking if not very hard to get timing that suit me.
