If you did not leave the place, I dont think u will need to pay the entrance fee twice. Unless they impose a timing per entrance.

Dont assume. There's no standard procedure. U will need to reach an agreement with the gal beforehand.

I hate to say this but please do a check (use the search function) on these ktvs. They should be good enough.
