As long as the stable requires me, the customer to book the room.
I will simply give that stable a miss.
If the girl does not look remotely like her pics, i could simply u-turn. (Of course call okt KP first)
The most i waste petrol, maybe parking and time.
Worst thing is waste all of the above plus room fee.

Plus, what's the point of having an okt if you gotta go get your own room?
The whole idea was to have anonymity when going for FL (ie, discreet place. Booking a transit room with your IC doesn't seem to help keep yourself anonymous), otherwise you might as well go to G-Land.

Only have a few reliable stables with room though, AirAngelz, DevilHouse.
Room but not as reliable is FL88, Pornstar.

I used to go to another okt called Fairy love or Fairy something a few years ago and they operated out of a self booking hotel system as well. They were pretty good with girls and services comparable to TD / DH / SassyBabes. Their operator was really good and fast and would give very good services. I remembered a time when the girl just up and left after about 1 hr claiming that I had already shot twice, and the okt actually gave me a free session to compensate me (just had to pay another $20 for the room). Was the room bad? Nope it was comparable to hotel 81. Was the okt sending different girls to just be replaced till the customer accepted out of horniness? Nope.

In todays context, yes the okts who are operating a self book room system are mostly scams but that doesn't mean that all or future okts are con artists. I don't mind trying every now and then to see what the market is like. Most to most I just waste $20 - $30 for the room and leave after 15mins. Take NewBBBJ okt for example. They operate in a apartment as well with amazing photos on the site but we all know that the girls are totally different and he is a superb con artist. Does that mean that we should also boycott all okts who use apartments and only go for okts who use hotel rooms like last time? No. And I am sure there are many okts who are con artist and who are also renting apartments for their girls.

In my opinion/experience, okts will go whereever their business is easiest to be handled, be it self book hotels/ already booked hotels or apartments. It is just through trial and error that we will find the ones that we are comfortable with and can trust. And that is why we have this thread here to share our experiences with other bros.

Inflation, I guess. We are paying for the girls salary anyway...
So as employees, we want to get paid higher. The Girls as employees also want to get paid more.

I hate okts with photoshopped or fake photos and lousy self booking rooms. Esp g land hotels that are totally run down and uncomfortable. I just don't understand how does some customers enjoy bonking there???

Sometimes I find apartments can be more of a trap... especially if neighbours are moving around. Or you might encounter other bros in the living room haha...

that said, i really think a rubbish hotel spoils the mood! And there are many. Some aren't too bad though...

Hope u have better luck in future. Too many crappy okts... But they pay sponsorships so they are entitled to "con" us,to earn money. And we can do nothing about it. Our bad FRs will just get deleted...
