Depending on the condo unit u got, leasehold or freehold. If freehold u own a % of the land and thus u can vote.

Thanks for the info... Now u no longer staying at Hway Kuang so u bought your own place already? Me planning of buying one next year if timing is right.

Hi Guys,

Today went to Arcade change some Thai Baht and i waas surprise the rate offer in the screen.

It put that Sing to Thai Baht at the rate of 24.9..something.

I quickly check with the counter staff and ans is yes so i quickly withdraw 1K to change.

I think they had put the rate wrong as i had check other counter for thai baht ard 24.3 plus.

For 1000SGD u have about 600THB more.

U should change more...
