Here is why - I happened to see her when she first started working like almost 20yrs ago lol. I remembered I was sitting inside Lor 16 and waiting for 1 of my girl to arrive. I was chatting with the OKT Jeff at the counter when I saw this pretty lass walking down with a customer after finishing the session. Jeff mentioned to me that her name is Yumi and she's a new girl just started working.

Back then, I was in my early 20s only and I remembered Yumi looking around the same age as me too (early 20s). And now I am in my early 40s and hence I believed she shld be the same.

If she is 50 now, it means she is close to 30 when I first saw her. That seems very unlikely.

But of course I might be wrong since these things happened 20+yrs ago...

Yumi should be around 43 to 44. Miki probably a few years older.

I am the exact opposite. I literally spent my mid-late teens to adulthood with the sirens of Geylang right at the end of the "glorious" Malaysian Chinese years and the start of the amazing early batch PRCs

but then since 2017 I am mostly overseas when Geylang was already noticably declining
