Pemantauan Jabatan Imigresen juga mendapati jumlah wanita warga asing seperi China dan Indonesia yang menyalahgunakan pas lawatan sosial untuk bekerja sebagai pelayan pelanggan (GRO) merosot dalam tempoh setahun lalu.

Sementara itu, Pengarah Jabatan Imigresen Negeri Sembilan, Zahari Abdul Aziz, berkata pihaknya sukar menahan pekerja tempatan kerana tiada bukti untuk mengaitkan mereka dengan kegiatan tidak sihat.

“Kami pernah membuat serbuan di tempat itu tetapi apabila mendapati mereka penduduk tempatan, tindakan susulan gagal diambil dan kebanyakan premis itu mempunyai lesen sah,” katanya.

Beliau berkata, pihaknya juga sedar ada segelintir premis terbabit dijadikan tempat pelacuran.
