True frenship form during formative years.

If u work in big company, even if they got the team building sessions , bonding sessions etc are all bs la.

Working is backbiting n jockey for position.

If u work for years In same company, u will be competing with other colleagues in different department for promotion n budget. U also will be competing with subordinates too. Cos damn malu if yr subordinate promoted over u.

During festive occasions, you MUST get together to network. If got wedding, bereavement or hospitalization, u also MUST go to avoid ppl gossip against u. So all these are all superficial actions. Not true frenship

Plus yr company culture matters too.
If yr boss is a big a hole. U also need to b asshole.

So if u think yr cubicle neighbor or lunch kaki is yr true fren, then u mistaken.

Simple thing, simple action like colleague teach u how to do things etc, anyone can do. But if require more, then dont expect it will happen

End up, the nice ppl are the wans who leave. Cos this kind of culture, isnt to their liking
