I heard that the gals had to pay an extra session of $50 if the customer exceed 25min. In addition to that rule, the gal cannot go out of her room if the customer is still inside dressing up(long time taken if cust wearing shirt, pants, shoes).

Lack of flexibility which pisses off both the gal n the customer as the gal will always be asking the cust to hurry up.

Bad management style imho.
