Sorry I digress but am not surprised at all, buggers always have 2 sets of prices; 1 for koreans, 1 for the rest.

Last time went to some korean ktv in singapore with korean client, then i offered to get the bill which when presented to me was 1.2k... then my korean client took the bill to check... call the mamasan over and started scolding her for "chopping" me. I still remember the mamasan keep bowing and apologizing to my client then adjusted the bill to 700+ . Since then, I won't go to korean joints without koreans
