24日，東莞市市長李毓全在廣州的一個新聞發佈會上稱，東莞是全國優秀治安城市。而幾乎同時，東莞市委書記 劉志庚在東莞本市的一個會議上亦對“掃黃”表態，稱掃黃工作要高調抓，決不能給外界以“黃色地帶”的印象。 但各鎮街的“掃黃”行動亦不可矯枉過正。 24日，東莞市市長李毓全在廣州的一個新聞發佈會上稱，東莞酒店多、流動人口多，造成了這樣的印象。事實上 ，東莞是全國優秀治安城市。而幾乎同時，東莞市委書記劉志庚在東莞本市的一個會議上亦對“掃黃”表態，稱掃 黃工作要高調抓，決不能給外界以“黃色地帶”的印象。但各鎮街的“掃黃”行動亦不可矯枉過正。本月初，東莞 展開轟轟烈烈嚴打“涉黃”“涉拐”“涉賭”案件行動，引發了社會的高度關注。 “很多黃，很多毒”成因有二 東莞市對於掃黃的態度一直是外界關注的焦點。在昨日貫徹落實《珠江三角洲地區改革發展規劃綱要》的新聞發佈 會上，東莞市長李毓全再次面對這樣的問題。有記者問起東莞最近掃黃工作的進展，並稱有工作組進駐東莞，“是 不是東莞在這方面有比較大的問題”? 表示，他不知道有哪個部委因為掃黃問題派工作組到過東莞。“雖然東莞地方很小，它的區位很敏感，外企比較多 ，很多領導來廣東調研時到東莞的也比較多，這方面我就不是很清楚。” 李毓全解釋說，有人以為東莞好像“很多黃，很多毒”，可能是兩方面原因造成這樣的觀點。“第一，東莞的酒店 很多。我們五星級都有20家掛牌的，沒有掛牌的還有十幾家。有人以為酒店肯定有這種配套，(其實)有這種配 套也不一定黃。”第二，東莞有超過1000萬(常住)人口，人口結構是外向型，“也可以說是一個移民城市， 外企又那麼多，常年來來去去交易的、談生意的也不少。這樣一個城市的資訊傳遞得很快，有什麼事一傳就傳開了 ，一傳十，十傳百，一個案例一件事傳得很開。” 李毓全不是第一次回答類似的問題了。今年7月29日，他接受世界主流媒體記者團採訪時強調說：“我們管理要 求很嚴的。雖然給人的印象好像娛樂業特別多，管理特別開放，其實都是錯覺。” 全市清查執行最嚴標準 本月12日，東莞市社會治安重點整治會議召開。在這次會議上，劉志庚要求公安機關“拿出最硬的措施、執行最 嚴的標準”，重點整治涉拐、涉黃、涉賭問題。對於包庇涉黃涉賭違法犯罪，甚至充當“保護傘”的黨員幹部、公 務員，查處一個嚴懲一個。這都是因為東莞涉拐、涉黃問題較為突出，中央綜治委、公安部擬將東莞市列為掛牌整 治的治安重點地區。但是，中央綜治委、公安部允許東莞有一個整改期，東莞努力通過集中整治爭取不被“戴帽” 。 東莞猛烈的掃黃行動就此展開。11月9日晚，東莞警方開展了針對涉黃、涉賭問題的首次全市統一清查行動。麻 涌鎮，地毯式清查酒店、旅館、沐足等場所;寮步鎮，一夜破獲“黃、賭”案件425宗;常平鎮，當晚查封兩家 桑拿場所;長安鎮“人肉市場”被查封。 不過，《廣州日報》記者10日晚暗訪該“人肉市場”，仍有店舖老闆熱情招呼，並且強調：“過幾天就會重新開 ，到時候小妹更多。”11月20日前後，“特別提醒東莞恢復正常”的桑拿短信再度爬上市民的手機螢幕。當天 ，廣東電視臺《社會縱橫》欄目以《色情服務東莞暗流涌動，掃黃豈能走過場》為題報道，麻涌鎮仍有酒店從事色 情服務。當晚，300東莞警力再次行動，對東莞麻涌、中堂等鎮街娛樂場所進行檢查。行動中，遭曝光的麻涌鎮 萬盈酒店被查封。 “掃黃不能矯枉過正” 對於東莞的黃賭毒問題，李毓全並不諱言。“我坦率地講，東莞也有黃賭毒，你說一點沒有這不可能，但是這個問 題都不影響我們被評為全國優秀治安綜合治理城市。實際上東莞能夠被評為全國優秀治安城市也不是假的，也是經 過嚴格考核的。” 東莞最近一段時期的掃黃工作引起外界關注，有猜測東莞是不是有什麼壓力。李毓全解釋說，像東莞這麼一個對外 影響那麼大的城市，東莞市委市政府一直以來也是非常重視打擊黃賭毒的工作。“是不是有什麼壓力?有，我們自 己有壓力，一刻也不能放鬆，一放鬆一齣什麼事對這個地方影響就很大了。所以很多時候對這個工作我們是既有壓 力，又高調去抓，一直都是這麼一種態度。” 而昨日上午，在東莞市黨政代表團西北考察總結會行將結束時，劉志庚也突然談到“掃黃”，稱“掃黃”工作要高 調抓，決不能給外界以“黃色地帶”的印象。但是，“掃黃不能矯枉過正，各鎮要把握好度。市裏不希望到鎮裏去 查，鎮裏自己搞掂。你(鎮街)不要太過分，不要掃蕩式每家都去查。” 昨日，李毓全回答關於東莞掃黃問題結束時說：“東莞也不想被這些東西影響了東莞的發展，我們歷來就是這麼一 種態度。” ============== 大事記 2009年1月，東莞市文化市場管理工作領導小組辦公室榮獲2008年全國“掃黃打非”先進集體稱號; 7月29日，東莞市長李毓全接受世界主流媒體記者團採訪稱，東莞對娛樂場所管理很嚴，掃黃打非不會影響東莞 經濟發展; 11月2日，東莞市社會治安重點整治會議召開，劉志庚要求開始半月嚴打“涉黃、涉拐、涉賭”案件; 11月9日，東莞警方進行針對涉黃、涉賭問題的首次全市統一清查行動; 11月20日晚，東莞警方再次行動，對東莞麻涌、中堂等鎮街娛樂場所進行檢查; 11月24日，東莞市委書記劉志庚強調，掃黃不可矯枉過正。 網友聲音……..掃黃不是搞運動 關於東莞掃黃的新聞在網上有著很高的關注度，在門戶網站上，一條這樣的新聞可以引來超過3000條的跟帖。 有網易網友表示， 掃黃不是搞運動，希望能常抓不懈，而不只是15天的整治。“掃黃是整風運動，還是吹風運動，最好從源頭上治 理，不給發牌照不就行了。” 不過，很多網友關注的並不是掃黃本身，反而更為關注由此反映出的社會問題。有網易網友稱：“其實，妓女也是 弱勢群體，我個人覺得小偷和搶匪更可惡。”陽光網網友tommywen01更發表《掃黃如掃地———從小姐 的謀生和生存角度關注掃黃》的帖子說，希望不要把“小姐”掃進垃圾桶了事，而應該讓她們看到出 路。 不少市民和網友也表示，掃黃只是東莞整治治安的一個方面，但不應該是全部。公安部門也應該在打擊“涉拐”“ 涉賭”案件上下功夫。 （來源：南方網）

Latest update from CA....
I managed to go to Oscar, TDWX and DFML last week... Oscar girl quality dropped a bit  ... right now is about 4-5 out of 10... should avoid Oscar for now...Surprisingly TDWX girls quality went up... 6 out of 10 rating especially with they new uniform.. white snow long grown.... like a fairy..... very nice... DFML is still per normal... 5 out of 10 but very fun place....girls are still wild.. Last night 2 bros went to XZX.... rating of girl quality is 5 out of 10 but very fun night....girls were fun as usual... Tomorrow night, a group of us going to Parkview.... will provide FR after tomorrow.... cheers....

Parkview KTV: Date: 2 Dec 09 Time: 7pm to 12 midnight Yup, went to Parkview KTV last night. Total 6 of us and we took a big room (min spent for the room is RMB1680). The DJ assigned to us was from the RMB300 cat DJ. Tall and slim and nice pretty girl from Hunan. Surprisingly to find hunan girl that tall. anyway.. Reached at 7pm. Right now, for girl look, 2 KTVs I recommend... First one is Parkview KTV and the second one is TDWX KTV for this week rating... hehhee... This morning at 7am, got phone call from one bro... his girl wanted to leave early and this bro did the right thing to pay her only the ST (one shot) tips. We should not pamper mm too much else they will carrot head else all the time...
