The chances of being captured by CCTV is lesser there, as compared to going to a clinic or CDC to do it, I think.

When you’re found, you’ll have additional charges under the Infectious Diseases Act.

According to DTAP, even if your HIV screening results come back positive, your identity will remain a secret.
