I think different H81 branch cost different. Chinatown H81 cost$30/2hr but Bugis opposite Sim-lim square cost $20/2hr. BUT Chinatown H81's room so much smaller...

No. You join H81 membership by paying one time fee $10/-, the rate is $30/2hrs for future visits !
