In your initial post, you mentioned that your friend is going "crazy" and that her ex "threaten[s]" her.

Before I proceed, I'm making an assumption here that your friend and her ex are in Singapore.

According to CHAPTER XXII of the Singapore Penal Code (http://$$$$$$$/fcXgrI),

Word or gesture intended to insult the modesty of a woman.
509. Whoever, intending to insult the modesty of any woman, utters any word, makes any sound or gesture, or exhibits any object, intending that such word or sound shall be heard, or that such gesture or object shall be seen by such woman, or intrudes upon the privacy of such woman, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.

Taking note of the words in red and from what you have told us, the ex has uttered a word (verbal threats) against your friend with the intention of intruding her privacy (exposing photos and whatever things about her).

Secondly,

Criminal intimidation.
503. Whoever threatens another with any injury to his person, reputation or property, or to the person or reputation of any one in whom that person is interested, with intent to cause alarm to that person, or to cause that person to do any act which he is not legally bound to do, or to omit to do any act which that person is legally entitled to do, as the means of avoiding the execution of such threat, commits criminal intimidation.

Again, referring to the words in red and the information that you have provided us with, your friend's ex is blackmailing your friend with the intention of forcing her to be with him, an act that she is not legally obliged to do assuming they have gone through a formal divorce that was recognised by the High Court of Singapore.

Given the high consistency between the Singapore penal code and the facts you have provided, your friend therefore has a strong case against her ex. I strongly suggest that she appoints a lawyer (criminal litigator - since based on the facts you provided, her ex seems to have committed a criminal offence) to represent her. Before she appoints a lawyer, she should also make a police report to prevent matters from getting out of hand during the period prior to her engagement of a lawyer.

Good advice, but a simple police report will do the job nicely when the need arise, just warn him first.

So in the end,ts went awol,never ever return here....i think this wat hapen...ts try be hero,protect the girl from harm,so when dust settled,girl thank ts,coz wihtout ts coming to sbf and complaint,gril dunno wat to do.girl was touched,and ts took the opportunity to fuck the girl for himself till the cows come home,who is emotionaly helpless..end of story.ts happy,and go ard loking for a new victim.so who is the bastard?

Its less than 24 hours since the last post, before you report missing persons, the police also want to know if the feller missing 24 hour....

Before reporting to the police, do get certain facts first. Firstly, address of the guy. Secondly, do let the girl know of the attention she will be getting. Once reported, the police will raid his place to gather all the information. Once evidence gathered, do note the pictures are open amongst the team of investigating police officers. The guy will then be charged and his reputation tarnished. Last but not least, it's best that you do not get yourself involved since it is between themselves. Let them resolve it themselves.
