Goldkist @ ECP (Formerly Costa Sands ECP) used to offer transit. Saw the huge banner when they've just taken over from NTUC Costa Sands. Not sure if they are still offering transit rate.

From my understanding in the past about a year ago, they still allowed transit. Rooms have just been renovated and looks very new. Maybe you want to try Hamilton . Can try ask for Kent during the night and just behdeh friend recommend one. He is more flexible. The other guys are more rigid and not so flexible.
