its jus a sad case of the agency anxious to get their $ from the ah pek,close the deal and offload the gal to the ah pek.but ah pek scam them by using one of the simplest tricks by anyhow write the check. i tink the cheque is definitely nt his own!nw police will have a hard time tracking him down. in tis case, i tink the agency have to take the blame.its they who shld ensure safeguards r in place to sucessfully close the deal. scammers r everywhere and it realli is up to the agency to prevent it.the fact that they let a dud cheque slip past them unnotice is enuf said abt their system.
