Look on the top right hand corner of your own post, you have 14 points and 0 power. You must have at least 15 points to get to Power 1. I am suprise too b'cos thot all along need 15points 2up. But i saw "dacing" i clicked on it , came out d "approved/not approved thingy & comment" click approved. i guess nothing 2up b'cos no power.
