Take the bottom of image cheque(IRD) of the bounced cheque drop into ur account again and again, and if his current account is Live, it will be shut down due indemnity fraud. And he will be charge for $20-$30 for dishonour cheques per cheque.

He can just cancel that cheque with a small penalty ($20/$30). For priority customer, do not even have to pay penalty at all.

A Few Thousand also bounce, got indemnity issue, I doubt he can be a P.C, maybe PCC more likely. Just don't spoiled the SD market.
