I agree with bro ahl30ng, don't risk yourself by making her pregnant just to try your luck to fight for her stay here legally.

Once she get caught for overstaying here, she'll be jailed & sent back to China. Worst still, if she pregnant, then you'll facing many unforeseen problems in the future!

Unless you're to move there and start a new life there, then you will have our blessings. But again, it's as easy as A B C, and you must handle this problem with extra care. Think thoroughly before you made any decision, as marriage is NOT an one-day matter but rather it's a whole life committment!

W2 means she has overstayed her social visit pass, exceeded 2mths. She would have to be out of SG for 3mths, then her stay would be resetted to 2mths again. Reason is to keep illegal employments in check. The social visit duration is computerised, so it's fair.

For those foreign ladies no matter from PRC, Thai or Viet....ICA to them like GOD, they very scare of them more than police or other govt pple coz in their countries policemen are as buay kan as our ICA too but here ICA got absolute power to grant them to stay in Singapore to dig gold. ICA know that too thats why can onli yaya in front of these foreign ladies.

Just wondering why should foreign "talent" women fear ICA as you put it? If you come visiting Sillypore as tourists, got ample money, why should you fret? If you think the officers abuse of power, yaya as you put it, just write in and complain. Our government always listen to foreign "talents". How I know? Cos I ever wrote in to ICA and within 4days I got a reply.

If you want to see real abuse of power, our northern and especially southern neighbours are very very good examples.
