The owners of these 2 fuck shops undercut (on salary) the WLs. The WLs therefore lodged a complaint against the owners thru' AV. AV suspended the operation of these 2 shops for 3 months.

As for 2060, i only know that 2or 3 went to 2831A. not very sure cause not very good terms with 2060.

I don't understand why can't AV simply tell all OKTs to pay $80, or face heavy punishment (preferably a hefty fine), and educate all WLs that they shall receive $80 and not 1c less. By doing this a lot of unhappiness and trouble could have been saved.
