Plan my trip to phuket end of the year around Dec. is it good period to go? if not what is the best time to go?

Between Phuket and Pattaya, which one better in term of nightlife and beach? gal quality??

Dec is fine but its a high season meaning your hotels, food, massages and stuff are all gona be more expensive. I was there last dec but it didn't really seem crowded to me as compared to july. It feels almost the same. Maybe cause of the global economy tsunami.

I think the odd is good specially if you can speak a bit of Thai... The gals are just very friendly in those disco..

That can be true bro Natto... but I feel in places like KTM or Sofa, the chances are not working gals or Katoey. I happen to go with the local Phuketian most of the time and we do have cute gals coming...

But many times, I also see lots of gals in a group by themselves, no guy in there. I think we just have to be a bit of street smart... not going there to create problem would be just fine. I remember going to those place alone and do mix with a group of local thais that consist of boys and gals. The purpose is just to share some fun lah..
