I tried the one at Jollibee not as good. I still trying to get my pinoy maid to learn how to make those type of corn beef instead of the canned type man.

Good news. I have spoken to owner of Clark Star Hotel on 1st Street beside Julianas Lounge.

I checked the hotel this morning and am happy with what I saw.

His budget rooms are selling at 850p and 20% discount for 1 week stay pay upfront. I have negotiated that most of us don stay so long and can he give a group discount.

Tentatively I managed to get a flat rate of 680p for a economy room with breakfast for 1. No need the minimum 1 week. Rooms have free wifi, cable tv and the normal stuff including fridge.

I am about to get free Clark Airport to hotel transfer to and fro. Yet to be confirmed. I did promise him a certain number of room nights paid in advance by me. I not worried that I cannot use up the rooms cos I myself almost can do it.

If free transfers are given, I hope we be automatic to be cordial and easy going guests. I will hustle for best terms but I like to be fair to them also.

The website is set by previous by previous owner and he is the new owner and done some retrofitting. Their numbers and email on the website is presently wrong and he will make changes soon. Once special terms are obtained for our bros, bookings can only go through me for the specials. Until we prove ourselves, then they will recognize us directly.

Needless to say, I have moved from my regular hotel to Clark Star for the rest of my stay.

Thank u bro ziebart for getting the best deal for us once again.room at 680peso per nite is a steal.moreover if the free airport pick up/drop up transfer is given.that location is pretty good,not too far from fields and I love walking around that park eating road side deep fried BBQ on the way to sm.now we have one more hotel choices I believe this is a small establishment who value personal service.my current personal favorite hotel is walkabout right on fields with pool and balcony but given Clark star at half that rate would definely take a try on next trip.

Bro ziebart do u know if they have in room safe & which room type have balcony or window that can be open for smoker?thanks.

Bro who love filipino food can try king lousis small shop at lower end fields Mac Donald turn left near the 7-11.the food there is cheap and good but small serving place is clean starting 49peso like tapsilog with egg and rice,beef tapa and daing na bangus(milk fish) are my favorite.

It seems they are done with the bars in Fields ave and are now hitting the bars in perimeter. Last week Ponytails was raided and 2 days ago Stampede and Eruptions were raided. Word is out that they will strike again in the next couple of days, again in the perimeter area. Anyone wanna guess which bars they gonna hit this time?


Honestly I dun know which bars they will be raiding, so just be careful and alert to the warning signs.

The only bars that are safe from the raids are the Korean-owned bars. Visit them if you want to be safe.

yes.. do advise abt these Korean bars. any particular way we can recognize them by and anything special abt these Korean bars? eg. the set-up, the biz scope, the price, the gerls?

or are they just the same, only that they are owned by Koreans thats all?

The economy and deluxe rooms I saw had no safe. Hotel is small with 32 rooms and everywhere seems to have a balcony but its windowed up. Though the side that face Astro Park is windowed up. Bed is thick spring mattress and divan with super clean sheets except no comforter but a sheet of cloth for a blanket. Asked for extra pillow with no hassle.

Came down to coffee house for my free breakfast of corned beef with egg and rice. Also to catch the wifi to report this cos they fixing the wifi routers for upper floors soon.
