To share on things to do (What i did in April) in Vung Tau.

Book a car, S$100 to go there. It is about 2.5hr travel time. Don't travel by motor... backside 'pichek' and saw accidents involving motors and truck along the way
Drop by somewhere to buy cooked seafood. I was told it is cheaper than in Vung Tua.

Travel to Vung Tau to swim in the sea water (quite dirty) and eat cooked seafood.
Eat and throw everything on the floor... someone will clear.
Saw the local go to Vung Tau and bbq seafood and drink bear.



Go in the morning, reach in noon... have fun till late afternoon, travel back to HCMC... dun need to stay.
I am all tanned and body feel warm when i am back in HCMC.
But I dunno whether can go in july(raining season) or not... bro who plan to go in july, seek better advice.

Lots of discussion about Vung Tau here.

Went down there on morning ferry Sunday for golf. Weather windy and stroms brewing. We got in 15 holes before storm hit.

Had thoughts of staying to check out bars but since we were early we grabbed ferry back.

Beaches looked pretty basic with lots of deck chairs laid out french style. Not exactly pristine.

In the bars of Los Angeles they have an expression YMMV - your mileage may vary. That applies to Saigon.

Basically lots of things can be different with your experience to the next guy especially as this is Vietnam where massage means massage. The deal with the girl is often a lot more personal (and therefore pleasurable) and the deal you get depends on your negotiating skills and the gals mood (or the mama's) at the time.

Most of all exchanging phone numbers is a complete waste of time because there is no chemistry with you and the gal whereas I may have had a lot of chemistry (which is why I got her number).

Finally if we are talking about a public place such as a bar, disco or massage joint then we can afford to be pretty specific. But if we are talking about individuals then I for one will be discrete.
