FPT (ISP) has various packages....The one I am using is called "unlimited" About SGD$30 per month...the rest are based on usage which can be quite expensive....
There are so many packages out there...ask your ger to check it out for you....

Another night out with fellow bros.
Dinner was great with fantastic service from one of the bro's baxa; top up beers la, mix up the sauces la... Gem of a gal. Meeting up at Volcano, met more regulars. The club is comparable, almost Singapore standard liao. Lotsa eye candy, many for the taking at the right price. Supper was good too. More getting-to-know-you session, before retiring for the night. I'm kicking myself for flying off during the weekend, but am leaving with the knowledge that I can rely on bros here for a good time in HCMC next time I visit. Enjoy the rest of the weekend guys. Prepaid cell phone users in Vietnam will have to register with service providers from September, the Ministry of Posts and Telematics has announced.
Deputy Minister Le Nam Thang told a press briefing Wednesday that all subscribers would have to furnish their name, ID or passport numbers, etc. The registration formalities would be simple and the information confidential. The ministry said the service providers had been asked to follow this regulation latest by early October. Users have two years’ time to register after which their service will be cut. The new rule is expected to protect users from prank calls and other forms of harassment, and also help authorities foil high-tech criminals who use cell phones to pass on information. But it could discourage subscribers from using this service and cause revenues to drop, a mobile phone company official feared. At the briefing, the ministry also agreed to award new network codes for major service operators MobiFone, VinaPhone, and Viettel to cope with the growing demand.
