All depend on you.
How much is your buget?
And which place you want to stay?
And whether is it near to your working place?

Currently, I am staying in Dist 5.
The rent is US$700 but sgsnipe said that it can be cheaper.
Maybe next year, I will ask them to lower the rent.
To my working place is always about 30mins by taxi.

If you stay in Dist 1, it will be slightly expensive.

So when are you coming?

Hainoi is opening up now. IMO should have many business opportunities too.
Gals there speak with different viet accent and fairer too. Just like Teochew & Hokkien. Hanoi sound Teochew & HCMC sound Hokkien. Should go and venture. My friends were there. Don't want to come back SingLand.
