As for why dome 1 has more active reviews, it has to start with the majority of stable being honest enough to use real photos, prompt and reliable, etc. Then their customers will be happy with the service, give good FRs, which in turn will attract more business, giving stables more incentive to be honest, and so on. Sort of like a "virtuous" cycle... ha ha ha, strange word to use in this kind of forum.
