CLUB 27 has the best looking bar staff and PRs among all these upmarket clubs and discos. The PR girls look like the model girls we see in KTV166 but none of them look like they are going home with any of the customers.

Normally when u want to rent a car, the owner of the car will not allow foreigners to drive their car. They will provide driver for you. Unless you have converted your license to vietnamese license, or else the many CSGT around the junctions will nail you down
