While it is true they earn more, the risk is also higher. As I mentioned in an earlier post, back in China, they are under the spa management so they are 'protected'. Anything the boss help to answer for them. Food is provided, accommodating is so much cheaper. If they are not asking too much, they can happily survive back home. Need not die die work daily.

Over here, it is on their own, if they do not work one day, very hard to continue, and they work more onstart to cover for unknown days of falling sick etc.

Of course there will be success stories and these success stories are what is drawing everybody here, but not everybody is gonna be somebody. high risk high gain.

in some way the est~ of operating cost is about the same as what xiaoqiu mention during our chat.

To survive for first time ML coming over, good networked with agent/jiemei will help them to cut short the risk and allow them to integrate quickly into the local scene. Which is y u see a community like the JS group have been thriving, they communicate in their own group and understand better the environment from the predecessor, heck even some are taking over the apt from those that RTC.

If I am not wrong, Summer also from the JS group, different JS group/ cliques i assume since they do not seemed to communicate with Angel, TX that group. Her predecessor is Lin Lin. But the good thing I like about Summer is she didn't join the JS camp for very long so at least not commercialised.

I think this not so successful JS group will be the returning group to discourage the others
