Level 4 where got TN? Most are spas...Choli, Body Concepts, Pola, Athena, LadyCare etc. All charge above $45 per hour one lor. If you want to pamper yourself at a price, go to these places. Bugis Health Centre is on level 4, NOT LEVEL 3. Pls don't mislead the bros here.
