There is a more sinister reason behind that. The powers that be wants the blow row bars shut down forever. However the local administration knows doing that would cause hardships to many so the 24-hour "Mini-Stops" are actually a camouflage for the blow row bars. On the surface, these bars are now operating as Sari stores but girls are living on the premises and available for takeouts.

Was nearly pickpocketed by two young boys along walking street early this morning. Their MO is one try to distract u asking for money and the second one will come close to u and pull your money out.
