The house design is unique, but 1817 messed up a key feature of their house and that is the rooms which have almost no mirrors. The small mirrors they installed are also in the wrong place, either too high on the wall or too faraway from the bed so that you can't use them to enjoy a view of yourself and the girl in action. Coupled with the noisy music in the hallway that sometimes infiltrates the rooms disrupting the mood, that just spoils things.

But the main killer is the lack of mirrors, wonder if they fixed that problem already. Most houses have big mirrors on at least the side of the bed and on the ceiling so you can get a full view of yourself banging the chick. I think this is an essential. 1817 spent lots of effort to adding bells and whistles to make their hallway look like some nice music lounge or cafe, but missed out on the basics.
In addition, loud music isn't for everyone, I would go to a disco or pub if I wanted that kinda of atmosphere. In addition, that sorta music would probably attract youngsters with less spending power. In my opinion, geylang houses must know their target market better, if it's older gents with more disposable income that I would assume they should be after, then they need to adjust accordingly.

My guess is that most of us would prefer a more quiet, private and relaxing setting for our bonks, yes?
