I did saw the sign too and I think it could be because of business licence that differ from MP licence and also there was a school nearby opposite the new Nataree. If I'm not wrong the hotel is not meant for tourist.

The hotel rooms is for hourly guests only which means if you were to take a girl says the 'cheapest' at 3,600 bahts for 1.5 hours but then you take 3 sessions 4.5 hours then you are entitled to a room and you can take the girl for suana, karaoke or do what shit as long as you are within the 4.5 hours limit all within the hotel, they are trying to make a one-stop centre!

Agreed, more like a short time hotel for VIP and good place for those who need to get away from their tirak.

Bangkok MP rate always include by default "everything", unless you are in for traditional/oil massage joints, which you have to negotiate seperately like Subway or VIP. Even then, joints like Tharn Thong or Angel etc, already have known fixed rates. At Tharn Thong, you can even pay upfront for the service. For theme spa/massage joints, the HJ is included but you need to negotiate directly with the gal for other options but rarely you get anything above BJ. A rising trend, some theme spa joints now include Body to Body massage into their menu as fixed rate.

After reading so much information from the forum I've decided to contribute for the greater good...
I went to Cupidy last Wednesday, reading the forums you shouldn't get a taxi there or they'll charge you extra, so being the 'smart' person I am I decided to walk from Ploenchit north to Cupidy, it took about 20 minutes or so, in hindsight I should have just taken a taxi for like 50B to Prince hotel. Anyways... there is a lane you can take from the front of Prince hotel to the entertainment complex ~2-3 minutes walk.
I went there around 8pm, and there were 30-40 SL girls on the left and 15 or so 'normal' girls in front behind the glass. I decided to get the sideline girls for 2500B vs the 'normal' ones for 2000B. I think her name was Aom #128.
Rooms looks a little run-down, but the bed had mirrors all around, side, top, and even on the ceiling, very shoik.
