SG dollars cannot wash with water lah...... will damage the security features and become invalid..... have to dryclean them.

Bro Happyman007 you can consider to load up a bit of THB tomorrow.

SGD/THB rate may dip on Friday of possible USD bullish movement.
Those going to Thailand over the weekend better change a bit by Thursday.

They got a voting on 7 Aug, not sure how is this affecting the baht......will change after 7 Aug to see what happen

After referendum voting the THB will get stronger then your SGD in the safe will grow more mould.

Forex movements are dependent on macros ie interest rate, FDIs and capital in/out flows.

BOT today did not raise interest rate, as expected and status quo since last April.
And many economists expect BOT to cut rate next time to spur economy.

Slight bump in THB to 1/8 due to (periodical?) capital inflows, which seems to have self corrected after in past 2 days.

FDI development 1st half 2016 doesn't give much confidence to be heavy weight on THB. So HM's big cash reserve in forex is safe

For most of us here, who only needs pocket money (and not hedging our bets), no big shakes on market difference.
