As long as don't change at airports, border towns (eg. Bukit Kayu Hitam/Sadao), shopping malls, etc. the rates should be more or less reasonably good be it in Singapore or Thailand.

Only UBS Forex traders or condo buyers changing a few million Bahts should be concerned where is the best rates to change.
