Yes, Lp Hong temple far from Bkk. I had to take a bus from Bkk. 8 hours ride,
arrive evening. Until right hand kena sunburn somemore! But the bus stop many
exotic places for khing kow and go to hong narm.

Stayed in one of Lp's smaller temples (there are 2main temples.) i stayed at the inner temple where Lp goes to rest/sleep at night. Wow! At night join Lp for blessing ceremony! Lp blessed a batch of pens. (i have one of those pens ) the other pens were for some towkeys from Malaysia.

Stayed there for 4days before heading back to Bkk. Good experience!

tink yr nit noy is alot liao la if not how to learn from Luang Phor! other than pen still got wad ho liao? the temple price of the bucha not cheap also right?

Bucha ok lah the price, comparable to other temple price. Workmanship nice, good quality also. I think it depends on the eye of the beholder. Up to you to evaluate. Maybe if get from shop high price due to distance from Bkk !

What I meant was Surin is a bit further from BKK than Pitsanulok. If not wrong if by car less abt 6-7 hrs.

Yes Surin much further, far north east. I took bus was 8 hours! But superb experience in the journey!

Hi guys, my dad pass me a soon teck but needs wrapping, it look very old and got some crack on it, will it affect the power for the amulet? my dad had a huge collection, i don;t have a understanding for thai amulets, with all due respect, i saw the following amulets, mind if some seniors here enlighten me :


A penis shaped amulet made of ivory?

Amulet with a couple in it hugging each other?

Amulet with a lizard carving at the back?

A female statue and a pair of female statue with one of her hand (left and right for the pair) rising up like 招财猫？

there are many more in his collection, ua few soon teck too...

my very own amulet were lost during my childhood accident at home, so im a firm believer in thai amulet.

Hope my humble explanation can help. Regarding your Somdej
got crack, so long the crack never deface the main image of the
Somdej, it is still good. But if the crack deface the main image,
it could mean the amulet has helped absorb some terrible bad luck
which was going to hit the wearer and should be let go in any Thai temple.
Maybe by burying it at the Bodhi tree.

U must look carefully at the couple. If 1 man, 1 woman, it is used to attract opp sex. If 2 men, it is for gay and 2 women, it is for lesbian.
